JVC H.O.M.E. is back again!

JVC’s (Junior Volunteer Corps) Hands On Mitzvah Experiences (H.O.M.E.) are now open to any students in grades 6*, 7 & 8.
These mitzvah experiences take place once a month on Mondays, from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (prior to Senior School), and include a light pizza dinner.
The mitzvot that we do at H.O.M.E. can be counted towards part of a completing a students’ Shaarei Kehillah workbook, however, H.O.M.E. mitzvot are merely a ‘taste’ of what doing mitzvahs can really be. H.O.M.E. introduces students to a handful of mitzvot, and provides ideas for further activity at home and with families. Use H.O.M.E. as a springboard for doing all kinds of great Mitzvot in our community and beyond!
