Wednesday February 7, 2018 – Fairlawn Campus

This week we learned about the Purim story and what happened. We even played a Purim Bingo game and we all won! Grade 1s learned the letter lamed and word Lulav which is what we use during Sukkot and Shake. Grade 3 learned about the Jewish wedding ceremony and finished their life cycle booklet for weddings. In Grade 3 we also spoke about how Esther saved the Jewish people and what the things it reminds us of.

Next week we have the pleasure of having our Shinshinim join us which is always so much fun! We will continue to learn about Purim. Grade 1 will learn the letter Mem and word Matzah. Grade 3 will learn more about Purim in greater depth and understanding. See you all next week!
