This course will show the revolutionary impact that the mystical book Zohar had hundreds of years ago. We will discuss how this revolution can continue to influence us today in:

• our relationship to Torah, both written and oral
• our understanding of mitzvot and our attitude toward halachah (Jewish law)
• our dedication to social justice
• our relationship with God
• our celebration of Jewish ritual and prayer
