Sunday September 17, 2017 – Rebekah

Today in Grade 3 we had a full day engaging with some Rosh Hashana-related things! We sang a song about a shofar and learned the names of the different shofar sounds. Afterward we heard a story about Isaiah the Duck and attending Tashlich and all wrote something that we are sorry for on a piece of ‘bread’ to throw in the ‘water’. During our Hebrew lesson, we practiced our letter recognition and reviewed reading words with Tav, Shin, Reish and Dalet!

Just a reminder that we take a snack break each Sunday.  The children enjoy the break and we’re set up to sell each child one snack for $1.00.  Looking forward to seeing everyone back next Sunday!
