Sunday November 6, 2016 – Carly

Dear Parents:

This week we started out Shabbat unit! We learned all about what makes Shabbat so special and all the things we do like making kiddish and hamotzi! We make kiddish cups, kippas and tried some grape juice and challah. We also sent the Shabbat bag home for the first week. Each child will take the bag home use it and tell the class how thier families celebrate Shabbat!
