Dear Grade 2 Parents,

In today’s class, we studied the story of creation. We learned about the process in which G-d created the world and how he put everything together in just 6 days, leaving the 7th day as a day of rest, known as Shabbat. As a class, we discussed the creation of days one, two and three in detail and students had the opportunity to produce their own story books illustrating these events. We also examined a new Hebrew letter, Chet and played several Hebrew games revisiting the letters and vowels studied so far.
