Sunday November 13 – Sandra

Dear Parents:

Today we focused on Israel, connecting the land, the nation, Jews and the Children of Israel.  We also discussed using our imaginations about what we believe Israel looks like.

We also saw a short film showing Israel from North to South, the old and the new, advances and the history. Most of the students were surprised by what they saw.  It was interesting to hear their comments after the film.

The Shimshinim also worked with Israel using a very nice board game.

In Hebrew class we learned about MISHPACHA= Family.  Each student got one sentence to practice at home. Your help ensuring that they will practice is important.
