Dear Parents:

This week in grade one, we finished the last of our Alef-Bet letters! Our Alef-Bet books are now complete, and the students will be bringing them home next week. We learned the letters Shin, and the word Shofar, and the letter Tav, and the word Torah.  We learned about Yom Haatzmaut, Israel’s birthday, and the upcoming holiday of Shavuot.

Our last week of the year is next week, we’ll have games, activities and special treats!
