Sunday March 6 – Sandra
Dear Parents:
Today we dedicated our studies to Pesach. We reviewed the symbols, the order of the Seder and the meaning behind the traditions. We added some special stories and ways of celebrating this holiday. The children were asked if Pesach it important and it opened a some terrific debates and enrichment about the holiday.
Looking ahead: What else we can ask about Pesach? A marathon of questions!
In Hebrew we focused on the Pesach vocabulary and on The Ma Nishtana.
Homework for this week: Bottom of page 28 (we will sing and dance it next class).
It was so wonderful to see some of students talk about how proud they are because doing homework enables them to read it in class. I am proud of every one that has been working hard to improve their reading skills: KOL HA KAVOD!
Have a great break see you back on April 3rd.
Sandra
