This week in grade three we had a great chance to continue our learning about heroic women in a special program by Gil and Noga, our amazing Shinshinim.  They created a headbanz-style game with important Israeli women like Gold Meir and Hannah Senesh.  Students learned a little bit about these women and then considered the role of Esther in the Purim story.

In Hebrew class, we discovered a new favourite game…We take Hebrew letters and spell the transliteration of familiar English words and then try to guess.  Here are a few for you to try…
