Sunday February 7 – Tali

Shalom everyone

So much good energy today, such pleasure. We had an artistic day and everyone was really participating nicely. While my class had a special art program with Sandra, I was with the grade four class who prepared beautiful cards for Bikur Cholim visiting the sick. We had music with Mike which was so much fun! I’m sure that everyone could hear our singing.

In Hebrew, we started a new prayer,  which is the prayer for peace.  After reading it we’ve learned that the root for the word Shalom is whole.  Please be sure to ask your kids about the connection.

We also chatted about Purim as the Month of Adar is just around the corer, and we know that when Adar comes we are really happy.
