Sunday February 5 – Jaclyn & Rebekah

Dear Grade 2 Parents,

Thanks to everyone for participating in our Mezuzah making program! The students learned about the factors which contribute to a Jewish home and identified the items in their own homes that have meaning to them.

We also discussed the significance of having a Mezuzah on the door frame of our homes and each student had the opportunity to create and design their own Mezuzah with a personalized special prayer. Together with parents, so many unique and beautiful Mezuzahs were made!
