Sunday February 21 – Dara

Shalom Grade 2 Families,

This week we started our morning by practicing some Hebrew songs and giving out parts for our Siyum Hasefer, our end of year play that we will be performing with the Grade 3 students. Every student will be participating in the performance, so please encourage your child  to come prepared to class with a lot of energy and excitement to practice for our performance! More details will be sent home in the next few weeks.

In Ivrit, we continued with lesson 19. We learned new letter final tsadee and continued reviewing all previously taught lessons with games of Hebrew Hangman.

Next week we will be learning all about Purim, practicing for our Siyum Hasefer and moving onto Lesson 20, the letter Sin, in Ivrit.
