Sunday February 12, 2017 – Jaclyn & Rebekah

Dear Grade 2 Parents,

In today’s class, we studied the story of Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. We reviewed the text and students were assigned to small groups to perform a skit.  As a class, we discussed the theme of jealousy and analyzed Joseph’s ethical characteristics and how the students relate to and express these character traits as well.

During Hebrew class, we learned the letters Chet and Hey, and practiced identifying and reading them.  The students also worked on counting and reading Hebrew numbers from 1- 10.
