Dear Parents,

This week the students learned a new mitzvah about welcoming guests into our home Hachnasat Orchim. We learned how to make guests feel welcome; like making a snack for them, putting a smile on your face, tidying up and when they leave, going to the door to say goodbye. Our new Hebrew letter this week is Lamed and the word is Lulav. We heard another story about Purim and the students made puppets of Queen Esther, King Acshverosh, Haman, Mordecai, and Vashti.

Next week we do not have class, as it is the family day long weekend. We will be returning to school on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at 9:30am. We are asking that all the students come dressed in costume, as well, we invite parents to join us at services at 10:30am. I wish that you all have a great family day long weekend!
