Sunday April 30, 2017 – Tali

Shalom Everyone:

We dedicated Sunday to Israel’s remembrance day ,Yom Hazikaron and independent’s day- Yom Ha’atzmaut.  On Tuesday, we will celabrate Israel’s 69th birthday but not before we will remember 23,500 soldiers and people that died in the hands of terrorists.

We played a game which involved finding cities and important places, on the map.  We looked at words like flag, national anthem, mmblem and language that identify Israel and learned 2 songs.

We also read the Sim Shalom prayer in our Hebrew books as we want to finish it before the end of the year.
