Dear Grade 4 Parents:

We started our Sunday with a nice service with the Shimshinim and David celebrating Yom Ha’atzmaut. After the service we explored the Jewish calendar focusing on the 49 days between Pesach and Shavuot (the day the Jewish people received the Torah)

We learned about the counting of the Omer (the same 49 days) and events that happened during this period: Lag B’Omer on the 33^rd day.

In Hebrew, we continue reading to achieve fluency. Please ensure your children practice the page they took home. In case they lost it let me know I will send another copy: zvisan@rogers.co
