I attended the first Tai Chi class and was thrilled to find a range of learners in age and fitness levels. Our teacher, Frank Chow is patient with the neophytes attending the class, while supporting those with more experience. I recommend this introductory Tai Chi program to all who need to de-stress and relax. You will gently stretch your muscles, mindfully challenge your concentration skills, and have a lot of fun amongst friends with within the Holy Blossom community.
My husband and I attended the Tai Chi Class. We found the class and the environment very relaxing and non-competitive as we were with friends. Master Frank Chow was a very patient teacher. I recommend this class to whoever needs to relax and do a gentle workout. We would like to have a second set of classes now Tai Chi 102!
Sounds like just what I need. When is the next series of classes beginning?
