Wendy Eisen, beloved congregant and community leader, will address our congregation with reflections on “Soviet Jewry — a modern day Exodus.”
Holy Blossom Temple, under Rabbi Plaut’s leadership, played a vital role in the movement to liberate Soviet Jewry.   Author of “Count Us In:  The Struggle to Free Soviet Jews.  A Canadian Perspective,” Wendy was among the Canadian leaders who worked tirelessly to organize and galvanize the effort.
Our Pesach narrative inspires each generation to bring our people and all peoples to greater freedom.  Let’s remember our most recent story of Exodus and let it inspire our march toward greater promise.​
