Gearing up again in 2018

With our contractor and trades out over the holidays, there really isn’t a tremendous amount of construction progress to report on, save for the pouring of the concrete floors on the 2nd and 3rd floors of our new Atrium space.

And with many of you away over the break as well and missing our last update (Dec. 27), we thought this would be a good time to once again share the latest installment in our construction video tour series. Your video guide is Cary Solomon, Chair of our Renewal Project Building Committee. There is absolutely no one who is more knowledgeable about the nuts, bolts, frames and floors of our project and he’ll show us what’s been done to this point and the exciting progress we can expect over the coming months of Phase 1 construction.

A reminder that Phase 1 includes our Central Atrium, brand new Family Chapel, Café, Youth Lounge, Judaica Shop, Library, and more … all in a LEED Silver Certified, environmentally-friendly building.

And one more reminder about the phenomenal momentum of our fundraising campaign – together, we raised over $5 million in this last year alone! So here’s to an historic 2018 for Holy Blossom Temple as we work to maintain that momentum and dare to dream of fully funding Phase 1 before construction is complete this summer.
