October 4 – Grade 1 – Ariella

This week in grade 1 we had a dance party to practice for Simchat Torah, and we learned about why the Torah is so important to us.
We began the letter Bet, and started building houses (Batim) in honour of our new letter. We also had a great time playing games with our Shinshinim!
Next class, we will continue our “bet” houses, and and start the letter gimmel. We will also begin talking about our year-long project for Gemilut Chasadim.
