Hello Families!
I hope everyone had a wonderful week. Today we continued our discussion about Shabbat. We set the Shabbat table, talked about how it is a special day, a day of rest, and what that means. Everyone celebrates Shabbat differently, but it’s important to make sure that the day is special, and different than the rest of the week. If God can rest on the seventh day, we can too!

Our craft today was to make our own Shabbat scene. We glued candlesticks, challah, a grape juice bottle and kiddish cup on paper. We coloured the flame of the candles and the challah. All ready for Shabbat!
