Nov 29 – Senior Kindergarten – Carly

This week in the SK class we had a great time with Mike in music, sharing our lovely singing voices, and back to the classroom by bring the Dreidel song to life and making our own clay dreidels! We read a book about the meaning of Chanukah and how people celebrate in different ways. We made a poster (in the hallway if you’d like to have a look) that illustrated what we think of and what Chanukah means to us and our families. We ended our day playing dreidel and learning about the Hebrew letters on the dreidel and what they meant.
Next week we are going to continue working with the theme of Chanukah making menorahs and spending time with our Shinshinim!
