Nov 29 – Grade 1 – Daniella

We learned the new letter Tet and our new word, Talit. In class, we made our very own Talitot!
In music today we practiced Chanukah songs and the Hebrew letters that are on the dreidel (Nun, gimel, hey, shin). We learned how to light the Chanukiyah and how to say the blessings when lighting.
Next week, we will continue to learn more about Chanukah.
NEXT WEEK  – DEC 6TH: JOIN US FOR A SPECIAL PARENT/GRADE 1 ACTIVITY – BOTH CLASSES TOGETHER –  IN HONOUR OF CHANUKAH, 10:45 AM. MEET IN THE ACTIVITY ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR!
