Dear Friends,

I hope you all enjoyed a restful summer in spite of the difficult times and the horrific news of the tragic war in Israel. We all are deeply concerned and worried about our brothers and sisters in Israel at this time.

As is our custom at the beginning of a new season, our Music Committee and I are thrilled to announce our Musical Heritage Concert Series for the coming season 2014/2015.

As in the past and in keeping with our tradition, we have managed to create a very special and unique series of events. Our concerts this season are in sync and harmony with our mission statement, namely the promotion of Jewish art and in particular the awareness of Jewish music.

This year I have tried to keep the content and venues both exciting and somewhat personal. I am honoured to be able to attract international stars to our Temple. Just look at the calibre of the performers and their acclaimed international names. I hope you will share with me your interest in these magnificent programs and join us at these events. It will enrich your cultural and spiritual lives.

Because of your generous support, we are able to bring this series to you and share it with our Temple members and the wider Jewish community. Many of you have pledged before and supported our projects. If you have not done so in the past, please become a donor and help me build an impressive musical artistic community.

I know that you are very familiar with this concert series and invite you once again to indulge in these gratifying musical experiences that the Temple has to offer. These concerts are designed to serve, strengthen and build a stronger community here at Holy Blossom Temple. Thank you in advance for your generous support and we look forward to seeing you at our first concert “Profeti della Quinta” – October 23rd at 7:30 p.m.
