Joshua Nelson at Holy Blossom Temple: Concert Video

Electric, vivacious, incredible, energetic, uplifting and spiritual. These words are within my limited vocabulary to describe the ambiance of Joshua Nelson’s performance here at Holy Blossom Temple last Sunday night, March 3rd, 2013.

The spirit of this young man with his most professional musicians – instrumentalists and talented vocalists – are nothing less then a transcendental religious, spiritual and cultural Jewish experience of the highest level. African-American Gospel music mingled authentically with Jewish musical thematic material wrapped up in sweet Jewish humour made our audience jump up and down in aisles. Jackie Richardson, a renowned and experienced Gospel spiritual singer joined Joshua in a spontaneous duet which electrified our audience.

You had to be there in order to fully appreciate the power of music this unique artist possesses.
