January 14 in Grade 6

Sari’s class:

We reviewed some of our goals that we wrote at the beginning of the year. We then reviewed Wandering in the Desert for 40 years. We spoke about different prophets, judges and kings that we know from the bible to move on to our new topic.

Lindsay’s class:

This week we learned about Christianity and how the birth of that religion affected Jewish history! We had a lively discussion about Jesus, the Romans and the Jews, and learned about Christianity’s Jewish roots.
