January 11 – Grade 6 – Hebrew – Sari

It was great to see everyone back at school this week!!
In Hebrew we continued to practice Ashrei. We also began to look at the blessing we say before reading from the Torah. Many students were very familiar with this blessing which was great to see/hear!

Once we have mastered these we will move on to the haftorah blessings.

In the second hour our Grade 6 students met with Geri Durbin as she continued to explore the message of the Holocaust. This learning will continue throughout the year.
