What’s new at Holy Sprouts in 2013?

1. New farmer: This year we are thrilled to be partnering with Highmark Farms, a 120 acre organic, family-run, mixed farm operation driven by the values of quality and integrity for over 25 years!
2. More variety: This year we will have more vegetable varieties! As well, you can expect free-range organic eggs, season fruit, dried beans, and other specialty goodies! As well, there will plenty of opportunity to customize your share, including purchasing additional items.
3. Unique and innovative educational opportunities: This season you can expect a great roster of educational programs that will deepen the connection between your food interests, your Jewish values and your environmental ethics.
4. Shoresh CSA Network: Holy Sprouts in now part of the Shoresh CSA Network, a network of Jewish CSAs in the GTA! Our network will help Toronto’s Jewish community put more purchasing power behind local, sustainable agriculture. For more information about Shoresh, visit www.shoresh.ca.
