A New Café Experience
Holy Grounds Café, opening Monday, November 18, for a month-long trial period, will be offering exceptional coffee and fresh, healthy, sustainable, ethically and locally sourced variety of food and beverages in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We are proud to announce that we are partnering with Detour Coffee, an award-winning brand in the premium coffee market, a coffee sourced using the highest quality green coffees in the world.
The Café has a threefold mission:
- To enhance the community activity at Holy Blossom Temple. The café will be a focal point for members to meet, an oasis for those visiting or working in Holy Blossom Temple, and a destination for the community to enjoy social connections.
- To operate as a social enterprise exhibiting the values of Holy Blossom Temple. Ultimately, it will be staffed by individuals with developmental disabilities who are ready for supported employment programs leading to regular employment.
- To be an income source for the congregation.
Beginning Monday, November 18, Holy Grounds Café will be open as follows:
Treat yourself to a cup of our delicious coffee! Now being served at a synagogue near you!
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8:30 am – 1:30 pm
Sunday: 8:30 am – 11:30 am
Monday: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
During this trial period, brewed coffee will be free! Come by and have a cup with a friend, and enjoy a healthy snack or a light lunch while sitting in our beautiful atrium. Or sip on a coffee and get some work done while using our free wifi. Come and see how once again Life can Blossom Here.
