High Holy Day Children’s Service

Children Five and Younger, plus their parents and grandparents, are given the tools for holiday celebration and reflection at these special services.
Professional David Gershon and Rabbi Karen Thomashow engage our families in joyous song and hearty prayer on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
The highlight of the musical services include a special play for each holiday. The boisterous Shofar blowing ceremony is a favourite as well.
A sweet and light snack will be served on Rosh Hashanah, immediately following the service, at which point meeting and greeting other young families is encouraged.
