What is this resource and how do I use it?
- What is it?: Many farms, wineries, grocers, and bakeries are offering delivery either free for orders of sufficient size – even from Niagara, Milton, etc. – or for a small fee.
- This is a great opportunity to support small businesses through this difficult time and access great products!
- How do I open it?: The link to the map may bring you to the middle of the Atlantic or Western Africa! Drag Westward to move to Canada. You will see hundreds of icons representing each provider across Southern Ontario. Use the + at the bottom left of the map to Zoom In, and the – to Zoom Out.
- Who is listed here and how do I know?: Within the map, on the left-hand side, scroll and see providers organized by:
- Bakeries (and small, local grocers)
- Fresh from farm deliveries
- Breweries & wineries
- Restaurants
- How do I find out more about a provider?: Click on a provider’s name on the left-hand side, or directly on its icon on the map, for information on delivery costs and procedures. Click the left-pointing arrow left of the provider’s name to return to the master list.
