Most Jewish Israelis and Palestinian Israelis have very little contact with others that are not like them. One great program HBT members support buses Jewish teachers into Palestinian Israeli schools and Palestinian teachers into Jewish Israeli schools, which has greatly reduce biases and prejudices. Hand in Hand does one better. By creating a joint school and a shared learning environment Hand in Hand models what an equitable shared Israeli society might look like. Come and learn about how these parents and administrators see their roles in bringing about a more just Israel for all of its citizens.
