HABSTY and Senior Youth leadership: do’ers wanted!

The HABSTY elections are taking place this Wednesday night – May 28 @ 7:00 p.m. in the Youth Lounge. 

HABSTY is Holy Blossom’s Senior Youth group, which is affiliated with NFTY-NEL: the URJ’s Youth Movement.  In addition to attending amazing Shabbaton and weekend events held in different cities throughout the year, HABSTY holds weekly lounge nights, social programs, and is responsible for the famous Mother’s Day Bagel Project.

We are building the leadership team for the upcoming school year, who will help create and run programs and events throughout the year, help coordinate volunteers at various congregational events, participate and help plan social action events and projects, act as group leaders and run certain programs for younger kids, and more!

If you are a teen (or if you know one) who is bright, motivated, has great ideas, wants to get involved and make a difference, all while making new friends and having fun, be sure to come Wednesday night!
