Grade 2 – Dara

Shalom Grade 2 Families,
On Sunday, in class, we learned about Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. We said that on Yom Kippur we reflect on all of our good and bad choices and try to fix any bad choices we may have made during the year. In Services we added special prayers for the time between Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur, for the 10 Days of Repentance. In Ivrit, Hebrew, we moved onto Lessons 2 and 3, and next week we will begin Lesson 4.
Next week we will also begin learning about Sukkot and prepare decorations for Holy Blossom’s Sukkah!
