Grade 1 – Ariella – September 27th

Our class had a great time learning about the Torah in preparation for Consecration which will take place on Monday, October 5th. It was very cool to see the Torah fully opened for all to see the different columns.
It was great to see everyone as we created out Torah boxes. Please remember, you do not need to bring the boxes back on Monday, October 5th. You will receive the Torah and have a chance to place it in the box at home!
On October 4th we are going to learn about Simchat Torah. We are also going to learn more about the holiday of Sukkot.  We are beginning the letter bet, and will build paper houses in honour of the word “bayit”.
