February 24 in Grade 2

This week in Grade 2 we talked about the 7 days of creation. Students created a “Creation Dice” where instead of numbers, each dice side had a depiction of a day of creation. We then played a game where students rolled their dice to try and get higher numbers by recognizing which days of creation corresponded to what numbers.We also got a great visit from our Shinshinim where they taught us about the Israeli army.

In Hebrew we learned the letter “fey” which makes the sound of an “f”. After this we got to create our own bingo games and play a few rounds. Next week to prepare for Purim, we’ll be celebrating with crazy hat day! See you next week!!
