Creating Challah Covers

The Bikur Cholim Committee invites you to create Challah Covers in Temma’s studio.

Due to the success of the previous Challah Cover Events, another one has been scheduled!

Artist-in-residence Temma Gentles will conduct a stencil-printing workshop in her HBT studio that will turn table napkins into Challah Covers. These will be given to Temple families receiving Bikur Cholim meal support.

Temma brings to this not only her professional expertise as a textile artist, but her absolute joy and encouragement in the creative process.

Registration is very limited due to space restrictions.

If possible bring along a washed linen or cotton table napkin and a small sharp cutting tool (“olaf” knife or small sharp scissors).
