Annual General Meeting Update

The Temple held a very successful Annual General Meeting on Sunday, November 18, 2018.

In accordance with the previously circulated Notice – https://holyblossomarchives.org/2018/10/notice-of-annual-general-meeting-2018 – the AGM was adjourned (following the transaction on November 18th of all other business referred to in the Notice), until Thursday, December 13, 2018, to enable the Temple’s audited financial statements to be presented to the membership.

Despite everyone’s best efforts and diligence, the Temple’s auditors are, however, still in the process of reviewing the Temple’s financial statements and so the audited financial statements will not be ready for presentation to the membership until January, following approval by the Temple Board. Accordingly, while, as a matter of formality, we will briefly resume the AGM on Thursday, December 13, 2018, at 6:30 pm in the Boardroom at Temple, we intend to then promptly adjourn the meeting again until Thursday, January 31, 2019, at 6:30 pm in the Youth Chapel at Temple.

If you are unable to attend the resumption of the AGM on January 31 in person, you may still complete and submit a proxy at any time prior to the resumption of the AGM.
