A Tribute to Rabbi Appleby
Saturday, April 26, 2014

Rabbi Teri Appleby has only been with Holy Blossom Temple for a short time, but her impact has been great. She stepped into the interim position seamlessly, with an open spirit and with distinct compassion for our congregation during a time of transition.
Before Rabbi Appleby and her husband, Jon Leo, return to the United States, let’s gather to thank and praise the many strengths they’ve brought to strengthen Holy Blossom Temple.
Please join in the Congregational Kiddush-lunch in their honour.
I will be out of town on April 26th but do wish you nothing but the best in all your future endeavors.
You will be missed!

Rabbi Appleby has helped us tremendously in our time of need, and has fitted in with the congregation as if she had been in the position for many years. I am sorry to lose her.
Dear Rabbi Teri,
We are very sorry to see you and Jon go. Thank you in particular for your many excellent sermons and for your presentation at our Havurah. And my personal thanks to Jon for leading our section of the Temple Singers, for daily services and his many nice words.
