Tweens and Teens in grades 6&7
JEW CREW Mondays – once a month from 5 pm – 6:30 pm
Before Senior School, tweens and teens gather for a monthly Hands-On Mitzvah Project (H.O.M.E.) or Hang Out Social Time (H.O.S.T.). Activities can include cooking and baking for Ve’ahavta or Bikkur Cholim, making cards for seniors residents, sorting donated clothing for Out of the Cold, as well as Minute to Win it, Karaoke, Shinshinim programs, and Jewish holiday-related activities. A light pizza dinner is always included before kids head up to Senior School classes or home.

These are events designed for students in middle school to meet peers from other Reform congregations across the GTA, and get a taste of what NFTY (the Reform youth movement) is all about! A great way to expand friend networks, and engage Jewishly with other tweens and teens.
